April 1st The Beginning 182 lbs

Tomorrow I am started my diet and exercise plan. Unfortunately I dont even know yet what that plan is exactly. I am definately doing low-carb, I am not following any known plan though. There are so many different methods, conflicting information, overload of information out there! Some of the plans people do are so extreme. I am still studying, but at this point I know that I need to really limit my carbs (I know I lose weight this way, and I know my energy levels stay better) I am not going to be doing any of the lo-carb packaged foods out there, and I need to keep cooking dinner for my family, all within a reasonable budget. I am just going to start out simply, i.e. Lots of eggs, tuna, chicken.. tons of veggies. On the exercise side of it I need to work out at home at this point but thats not really a problem. My goal is to work out 3 times a week right now, hopefully more. I use the scale at work to weigh myself, and I am off right now so I am just using my weight from last week as my starting weight.

Here I go

I just wanted a place to chronicle what I am working on, a place for my goals and thoughts.

I just got back from my annual San Felipe trip (which was probably the best one I have EVER had) All of my out of town company is done with, so I am ready to get started on a few things.

1. Changing the eating habits of my entire family. This will NOT be easy!
2. Learning how to play the guitar.
3. Working on my photography.
